It depends on the size, location, and model you choose. In the first meeting we assess your budget and give you a realistic estimate. What we do guarantee is that every colón will be documented and visible.
Not necessarily. We can help you evaluate land and advise you on the purchase. But if you already have land, even better — we can move faster.
In Guided Build, you handle most of the work with our guidance. In Shared Build, we do the project together. In Full Build, we take care of everything. In all three cases you get access to the same system and the same transparency.
We build with Kalas: a management system with a real-time dashboard, three AI agents (costs, procurement, and construction), automated reports, and preventive alerts. All accessible from your phone.
