Why Noahs exists
We started in residential construction and kept seeing the same problem: homeowners finished their houses without really knowing how much they spent, why the project was delayed, or whether they were overcharged. Construction in Costa Rica runs on very little transparency and a lot of blind trust.
We asked ourselves: what if the homeowner had access to the same data we do? What if they could see in real time how much has been spent, what materials are in storage, and whether the project is on track? That’s how Noahs was born — a model where technology gives control back to the person paying the bill.
Today we offer three ways to build: from guiding the owner to build on their own, to handling everything ourselves with full transparency. In every case, the homeowner has the same tools and data as our team.
